Hatch Medical Leadership

Paul Gianneschi – Managing Principal and Founder

Paul Gianneschi

After 15 years in the healthcare industry, Paul founded Hatch Medical in 2000 to assist physician inventors with new product concepts. Prior to founding Hatch Medical, Paul served for over seven years in a series of senior level marketing and sales management roles with medical device industry leader, C. R. Bard, Inc.’s Peripheral Technologies Division (now Becton, Dickinson and Company – BD). While at Bard, Paul maintained global marketing responsibility for vena cava filters and vascular stent products. His past responsibilities at Bard also included global management of peripheral angioplasty balloon catheters, thrombolysis catheters and accessory devices. Prior to joining Bard, Paul worked with Bausch & Lomb and NDC Health (now McKesson) in a series of field sales training and division management roles.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and an Executive M.B.A. in International Management from Mercer University.

Steven M. Hvozda – Principal Member

Steve Hvozda

Steve has held an array of executive sales and marketing management positions for over 30 years within the medical device industry. Prior to becoming a Principal Member of Hatch Medical in 2001, Steve held the position of Global Sales and Marketing Director for C.R. Bard Inc.’s Carotid Endovascular Systems division. Prior to this, Steve was the International Director of Marketing for Bard Peripheral Technologies responsible for stents, PTA, vena cava filters, biopsy and drainage devices. Prior to joining Bard, Steve had global sales and marketing responsibilities for the Canadian based hemodialysis and angioplasty device company, Vas-Cath Inc.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from McMaster University in Canada.
